How to Wear High Heels in Right Ways?

It is impossible to pursue the unity of beauty and comfort, so even though wearing high heels can make women look more sexy and attractive, but there are something you need to pay more attention in order to prevent unnecessary troubles brought by high heels.

1.Don't often wear high heels with the same height in case squeezing only one place of your feet.
2.When sitting in usually days, you should bend feet firstly, then stretch legs gently, and keep the posture for 30 minutes can relax your feet.

3.Keep a natural and steady step when walking in high heels, don't run or climb mountain.
