What are Disadvantages of Wearing sunglasses?

Although wearing a pair of sunglasses can make you look cool, it will do harm for your eyes if often wearing them. It is hard for you to see things clearly when
wearing sunglasses, naturally, you will try harder and harder to observe them carefully, which may cause your eyes more fatigue. In addition, according to a
research conducted by eyes experts, the pupils will dilated subconsciously if you often wearing the colored sunglasses, which may lead to your vision degrade after a long time. However, the degradation process is relatively slow so it is impossible to be detected in a short time. Therefore, many people have never taken it seriously.

What is more, although some of UV in the sun can be blocked by sunglasses lenses, many medical studies have shown that UV will not be released until the lenses absorb it. That is the reason why your pupils are always under the flickering state when wearing sunglasses. It will do harm for your eyes if you often wearing sunglasses regardless of external environment changes.

Dr Edward, who has been operating eye clinics in New York for more than 20 years had said that many of his patients with good vision often feel something wrong with their eyes suddenly. After careful check on these patients, he found that it is all the fault of sunglasses. In these patients, almost all of them need to drive by  themselves so they have the habit of wearing sunglasses, even some of them wear more than 8 continuous hours. It is just because of this that cause their eyes disease.

The experts on SFYH.com (a wonderful website which offer wholesale service for global buyers) suggested consumers that should not buy sunglasses with bad quality at cheap price, but choose excellent ones with reasonable prices in order to avoid suffering from eyes diseases in future. In addition, the people who suffer from glaucoma, color blindness, night blindness and other eyes diseases should stay away from the sunglasses. In a word, for the sake of your eyes, you should pay more attention to choose your sunglasses.
